The workshop hotel will be Pousada Aba Ubu.
There will be a bus which will departure the theatre located inside UFES at 16:30, on April 12 (Sunday). This bus will go straight to the workshop Hotel, and it should arrive there at 18:00.
The Vitória airport is very close to UFES, additional details here: directions.
There will also be a bus from the workshop hotel to the airport. Its precise time is not yet settled, but probably it will arrive in the airport by 17:00 on Friday. To be on the safe side, the returning flight should departure from the airport no earlier than 19:00.
