Dear registered colleague, due to the proximity of the event, it is very important for us that you confirm your attendance.

We take this opportunity to remind you that, for those that intend to stay in the hotel that will held the School (Hotel Aroso), the prices are as follows: Single room (R$ 280.00 per day), Double room (R$ 175.00 per person per day), Triple room (R$ 151.67 per person per day), Double room for sharing with someone that will not be an event member (R$ 350.00 per day). If you intend to stay in this hotel (which is recommended), you need not to do the hotel reservation, the organisation will do it in accordance to your preferences. We already have your preferences, from the form that you filled out during the registration, but in case of any changes let us know in the comments field below.

This School has a registration fee of R$ 200.00, which should be paid in the first day of the meeting.

Transportation Vitória <-> Pedra Azul
The organisation will provide buses following the schedule below:
1. Vitória -> Pedra Azul. On Sunday (September 25) at 16:30. The bus will departure from UFES, Vitória (in front of the University Theatre).
2. Pedra Azul -> Vitória. On Friday (September 30) at 16:30. The bus will departure from the hotel.
The bus trip takes about 2 hours.
In case you do not intend to use the buses above, you may either pick a taxi to Vitória Bus Station (from the airport, it costs about R$40), and then a bus to Pedra Azul (R$ 24,30, from Viação Águia Branca, +55 27 4004 1020). Another possibility is to pick a taxi directly from the airport to Pedra Azul (~R$270.00, if you set the price beforehand with the driver).
For some special cases, and for the invited speakers, special cars will be available.
